Photograph at the Bowery Hotel

I love seeing the bouquets that my clients choose to carry as they walk down the aisle on their wedding day. This Rebecca Shepherd bridal bouquet was especially stellar at this 2013 Bowery Hotel wedding in New York City. I absolutely love the wild, vintage feel of the mixed flowers and greenery, and I adore the lace wrapped around the stems. Nowadays there are so many options for bouquets, some traditional and some completely unique. Brooch bouquets, always huge on Pinterest, have many sellers on Etsy who will turn your brooches into a custom bouquet. I’ve seen clients opt to carry one dramatic stem instead of a full bouquet. I love that this bride matched the feel of her bouquet to the delicate lace of her dress. The decor at the reception also carried the same feel and color scheme. The results was a day that was simple, understated, and extremely elegant - just like the bride and groom themselves. Location: 335 Bowery, New York, NY 10003.
