Wells Fargo Center. Center Wedding Photographer

With all of the excitement going on between a bride and her bridesmaids it is sometimes easy to overlook the groom before the wedding ceremony. If I haven't had the opportunity to photograph the groom and his groomsmen getting ready I always go in search of them when ever I arrive at the wedding venue. The Wells Fargo Center in Charlotte North Carolina is a fantastic location for a Charlotte wedding. The intimate church ceremony that this bride and groom had before heading to the Wells Fargo Center for their wedding reception was a wonderful start to an emotional and beautiful day. After I arrived at the church and set up to photograph the wedding ceremony I took a walk into the back hallways to see what the groom was up to. I found him gazing out of the window at the rain falling on the church grounds and I knew that I had a wonderful opportunity for a photograph. The groom's face was perfectly lit by the gentle light filtering in from the window and when I exposed properly for his face the rest of the scene darkened down dramatically. This results in a perfectly exposed photograph that leads the viewers eyes directly to the groom's face. Is always an honor when a client allows you to witness a quiet personal moment and photograph it for them. Location: 301 S College St, Charlotte, NC 28202.
