Greenpoint Loft Wedding

Living in Brooklyn, I’m used to things being in converted factories and warehouses. My studio is in a renovated manufacturing and warehousing center. Apartments and condos are popping up in all types of old businesses and vast spaces. But I’ve never heard of a wedding venue being in a converted rope factory before - well, not until I met the Greenpoint Loft.

Quite simply put, this is one hell of a wedding venue. Both quirky and rustic while being modern and welcoming, Greenpoint Loft is an exceptional space to host a wedding.

Exposed beam ceilings vaulting high into the air? A huge main loft space? A super charming mezzanine? Rooftop space? Views of the Manhattan skyline. Yes, yes, all of that and so much more.

Here are some facts and specs about Greenpoint Loft:

• Max capacity for an event is 185 people.
• The rental fees begin at $6,000 for a weekday event and go up to $10,000 for a Saturday. Of course, these rates are current as of the fall of 2018, and are subject to change at any time.
• The venue is super flexible about decor, you just can't mar or alter the existing structure : no nailing things to the beams!
• There are two suites available for your use should you decide to get ready there.
• There is a kitchen prep area for your caterer, and Greenpoint Loft has referrals for many amazing caterers who have done gorgeous work in their space.
• If you have guests coming in from out of town, you can hire a valet service or instruct them to park in a lot nearby.
• Greenpoint Loft has both heat and air conditioning.
• You can't bring rice, confetti, or smoke machines
