Paloma Garcia-Lee is, in short, spectacular. She is a vibrant bright light, a deeply passionate performer, and a wildly inspiring human being. Her love for her craft is apparent from the moment you meet her, and watching her perform is a simply radiant experience. It was an extraordinary joy to work with her in the studio and collaborate on several fine art pieces, which remain amongst my favorite to date.
A graduate of NTSA, Paloma Garcia-Lee has been dancing her whole life. Her mother, a Broadway performer, was her first dance teacher. At fourteen, she moved away from home to attend a boarding school for the arts : North Carolina School of the Arts. At seventeen, she was the youngest dancer to join the company of The Phantom of the Opera. She has been seen in Phantom of the Opera both on Broadway and on tour, in the roles of the ballet chorus and Meg Giry.
On Broadway, Paloma has been seen in On The Town as a swing/ensamble member and assistant dance captain. She was also seen in Nice Work If You Can Get It as a swing/Alice. In the 2016-2017 Broadway season, she wasbe the dance captain and a swing for Natasha, Pierre, and the Great Comet of 1812 with Josh Groban and Deneé Benton. As of spring 2018, the constantly sought-after Paloma is appearing in the musical adaptation of Moulin Rouge.
Paloma Garcia-Lee is one of the brightest, most driven and dedicated individuals that I have ever had the honor of photographing. She has accomplished great things, and I know she has many more amazing performances in her future!
