Emmy Raver-Lampman

I first met the luminous Emmy Raver-Lampman when she was a part of the original Broadway cast of Hamilton an American Musical. I then watched a phenomenal video of her singing Defying Gravity from Wicked, and knew I had to work with her. Emmy has a glorious voice, a beautiful face, and is one of the sweetest people ever to visit my Brooklyn studio.

Emmy Raver-Lampman has been in the 2012-2013 touring company of Jekyll and Hyde, performing in the ensemble and understudying Lucy Harris, which she also did on Broadway in 2013. She was a standby in Wicked, eventually replacing Elphaba from 2014-2015. On Broadway, Emmy Raver-Lampman was a member of the tribe in Hair (2011), and understudied Dionne and Abraham Lincoln. From 2013-2014, Emmy Raver-Lampman was in A Night With Janis Joplin on Broadway, as an understudy for a Joplinaire and a swing. She joined the cast of Hamilton on Broadway in 2015, performing in the ensemble and understudying Peggy Schuyler, Eliza Hamilton, Maria Reynolds, and Angelica Schuyler.
