This Rockleigh wedding was full of charming moments from start to finish. Located in Rockleigh, New Jersey, the Rockleigh is the perfect location for a couple looking for an out-of-the-city venue that’s still really easy to get to!
If you’re looking for a venue where you can have both your ceremony and reception at the same place, the Rockleigh is an excellent decision. You can have your wedding in either the Georgian Chapel or the Pavilion Chapel, both accommodating very large groups if necessary. You can also choose to have your ceremony outdoors in any of the incredible spaces at the Rockleigh. For receptions, there are also several great choices. The Grand Pavilion has a separate location for cocktail hour, which gives your wedding a great flow of events. You can also have your reception in the Bristol Ballroom, which is my favorite of the two ballrooms!
Not only can you have your ceremony, reception, and cocktail hour in greatly different spaces, having a Rockleigh wedding also means that you have great outdoor locations for portraits. There are a variety of different gardens for your family portraits, couple’s portraits, and bridal party portraits.
A Rockleigh wedding can also accommodate large groups, something many venues can’t do. The Courtyard Chapel can seat up to five hundred guests. The Georgian Garden Chapel can hold three hundred ceremony guests. The Bristol Room can seat three hundred dinner guests, and the Grand Pavilion can seat up to six hundred reception guests!
Booking your event at the Rockleigh requires at least a hundred and twenty five guests, but is extremely inclusive when it comes to what the fee entails. You have access to the Rockleigh bridal suite, all tables and table coverings, chairs, all dinner serving items, all preparation and cleaning, and even parking! It’s so helpful to have all of these items included, as it minimizes the number of external vendors the couple has to retain.
