At this Manhattan wedding the bride got ready in the home of one of her mother’s friends and the view of the city was stellar. I asked the bride to put on her gown near the window so that I could include the city skyline in the final image. I pressed myself and my lens as close to the glass as possible and I love the final result.
The bride and groom were married in New York and live in Manhattan and I felt that the city was just as important a wedding guest as any other! I love the toning of the black and white image and how it gives the whole scene a timeless feel. Incorporating black and white images into my wedding coverage is something that I do with great care and I feel that it truly works in this frame.
If I am your wedding photographer, I promise to always be looking for amazing vantage points on your wedding day!
