Wedding planning can be overwhelming as there are so many talented vendors for every aspect of the day. At this gorgeous spring wedding the bride had an easy choice when it came to where to get ready for her Saltwater Farm wedding.
Nestled on the water in nearby Stonington Borough, the Inn at Stonington is a quietly luxurious bed and breakfast. It’s in an excellent location, close to attractions such as the Mystic Aquarium, Mystic Seaport, Watch Hill, and the beaches of Rhode Island.
I first visited Mystic when speaking for the Mystic Seminars, so it was a treat to be back in such a pretty part of Connecticut. I adore this image, one of the first of the day, of the bride and groom’s sweet wedding bands nestled in a Paloma’s Nest Ring Bearer Bowl.
I have long been a fan of Caroline Colom Vásquez and José Vásquez-Corbalan of Paloma’s Nest and their beautiful, delicate work. This Ring Bearer Bowl is a perfect example of the elegant items available from this sweet company. They are famous for this bowl, having it been featured in Martha Stewart Weddings, Brides Magazine, and various other publications since it’s creation in 2008.
I think the inclusion of this ceramic dish fit perfectly with the entire theme of this Saltwater Farm wedding and it was a lovely backdrop for this bright, airy ring detail photograph.
